Yoga


The practice of yoga promotes elasticity, flexibility and coordination, in addition to breathing exercises, it helps ones’ concentration and ability to relax. Thus, the club recommends yoga which has the following aims:

 

  • To recognise the body's tension points and learn how to relax through breathing and muscle stretching.

  • To reinforce the muscle groups that improve body demeanour and posture.

  • To practice relaxation exercises

  • To practice the correct yoga positions

     

Aimed at: Parents, ex-students and school staff

Timetable: 1 hour per week, Wednesday from 8 to 9 pm

Price: € 93 per term (+ € 16 annual club membership fee)

Start of activity: 1st October

Place: Sports pavilion gymnasium

Minimum number of participants: In order for the activity to be carried out, it requires a minimum of 8 registered participants.
