The practice of Yoga encourages elasticity, flexibility and coordination, in addition to work on breathing which helps concentration and relaxation.
The aim of Yoga is to:
- Recognise the body's tension points and learn how to relax through breathing and muscle stretching.
- Strengthen the muscle groups that allow a better physical demeanour and posture.
- Practice relaxation exercises.
- Become aware of your own body through the correct yoga positions.
Aimed at: Children from 6 years Timetable: 45 minutes weekly, during break time (after lunch)
