Athlete commitments
Attendance at training sessions is compulsory even on rainy days. During periods when the athletes have school exams, the usual timetable will not be altered. Experience constantly shows us that it is very positive to follow the usual rhythm and habits for good academic performance. Moreover, for some people, an hour of sport or music may be necessary to prepare for the next day's exam. We at the Club recommend following this guideline.
The Club's activities, being of free choice, are a very good opportunity to work on responsibility and autonomy. Regular attendance, order, care for the material, the music books and the instrument, the sports bag, personal hygiene or overcoming difficult moments, become very valuable habits to work on the integral growth of the person, always with the support and collaboration of the families.
Participants in the Club's activities (with the exception of older boys and girls in High School) must remember that they may not leave the school premises during the time between the last class and the start of the extracurricular activity. If they do not respect this rule, they will be considered to have committed an offence. It is also communicated that they may not enter the school premises by car or motorbike until 18.45h.
Children who are not active at the Club must be in the waiting room - up to 3rd grade - and from 4th grade onwards they can go to the library at no extra cost. Families who pick up their children and they stay to play at school after 17h, will be under their own responsibility and must be playing in the forest or on the concrete tracks next to the grove. It is important that if they stay at school to play in the playground they follow the rules that have been established so that there is no contradiction between what the pupils do in the playground during school hours and what they do afterwards.
Athletes and participants in any activity must take responsibility for all their equipment. The Club recommends not to bring valuables (jewellery, tablets, mobile phones, etc.) to training sessions or matches. If they are brought, the Club will not be held responsible.
