To register for new extracurricular activities or make changes to existing ones, you must fill out the form below. If your child is already enrolled in an activity, he/she will continue to be registered unless you inform us otherwise. If you wish to withdraw from an activity, please do so by completing the same form.

Below is the schedule for the fees related to the Cultural and Sports Club:

• September: First-quarter fee and membership fee

• January: Second-quarter fee

• April: Third-quarter fee
